US PATENT PENDING FRONT LIFT BLOCKS Our 5-Bend Single Weld Front Lift Blocks are precision machined from ONE 1/4" thick plate of Steel, 5 times bend and precision welded using heavy-duty GMAW seam and fillet welding processes to ensure maximum strength and a lifetime of dependability under even the most extreme riding conditions. To maximize their strength and stability, we reinforced the structure of these blocks with a Double Wall of 1/4" thick plasma cut plates, completely welded to the frame and milled into the bent structure the alignment pin holes, providing a 1/32" alignment tolerance between top and bottom holes. SIMPLE INSTALLATION This kit was designed to be installed using basic hand tools by placing the lift blocks between your axle and OE leaf spring, and then securing everything together using the included U-bolts. We recommend the use of a Leaf Spring Unloading/Compressing Tool to ensure a safe disassembly of your leaf pack and eliminate the need for additional heavy-duty c-clamps in order to relieve pressure on the springs.
